Salesforce announced support for Google's Universal Commerce Protocol, integrating UCP into Agentforce Commerce. The integration empowers Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchants with native UCP support, enabling them to participate in AI-driven shopping journeys across Google's AI surfaces including AI Mode in Search and the Gemini app.
