Zara (Inditex) has announced plans to support UCP as a participant. No public endpoint is available yet.
Zara is the flagship brand of Inditex, the world's largest fashion retailer by revenue. Operating in over 90 countries with more than 2,000 stores, Zara is known for its fast-fashion model: new collections arrive twice a week, driven by real-time consumer data. Inditex has announced plans to integrate UCP across its Zara brand, allowing AI shopping and styling agents to access Zara's catalog, check stock availability, and complete purchases.
Zara's inventory model makes real-time UCP catalog data especially important. Limited runs and fast-selling items mean stale inventory data would immediately break the agent shopping experience. Inditex's engineering team is building UCP catalog endpoints with direct inventory system integration to ensure agents see accurate stock levels before initiating checkout.
Zara Club loyalty membership is part of the planned UCP Identity Linking implementation. Members browsing through an AI agent will carry their Zara Club tier and any active promotions into the session automatically.
